3000 West Infrastructure Improvements

Five-Year Capital Infrastructure Planning
Staff presented funding shortfalls across five-year infrastructure, road, and utility plans, proposing a modest monthly utility fee increase to cover dispatch services and capital needs.
Antelope Drive Expansion and Federal Grant Pursuit
The city is seeking federal grant funding to accelerate the widening and safety improvements of Antelope Drive, a major state corridor experiencing heavy congestion. While the grant covers 80% of costs, the city will need to identify local matching funds of up to $1 million, though officials plan to pursue regional and county transportation grants to cover the match.
Parkview at Shoreline Traffic-Calming and Final Plats
The Planning Commission delayed final plat approval for phases 5 and 6 of Woodside Homes' Parkview at Shoreline subdivision. Commissioners want the city engineer to weigh in on whether new traffic-calming curb extensions should be required for these phases.
